Ivamar Freight — Privacy Notice

This page describes how the Ivamar Freight Android application (package com.ivamartov.freightlog) handles information. The app is an offline utility for freight work: a chargeable weight calculator, a container fit estimator, a shipment journal, a customs document checklist and an Incoterms reference.

Where your entries live

Everything you type into the app is processed on your phone and saved in the app's own Android storage on that phone: shipment journal entries, the documents you tick in the customs checklist, and the interface language you pick. Calculator inputs exist only while you use the screen. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, removes all of it.

Built-in platform components

The app ships with Google Play Services, the platform layer present on Google Play devices. Its typefaces come from the Google Fonts catalogue and are packaged inside the app itself, so they are read from the device rather than fetched. No other third-party components are included.

Data we receive

The app requires no account and sends nothing for us to store. When you choose to email us at [email protected], we see your address and the text of your message and use them to answer you.

Where the law grants them, you can ask us to show, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or to limit how it is used. Send the request to [email protected] and we will follow up.
